Introduction

Launch Fast Startup and you'll find all the startup items listed in the pane with some information like sections where their registry entries have been stored, program storage path and arguments. You can customize the startup items according to your requirements.

Delete Startup Items

Startup programs can be a significant drain on system performance and increase the time it takes your computer to completely start up. Removing some of these startup programs that are no longer in use or no longer needed can be helpful. If you've decided to remove a startup program, click "Delete" and "Yes".

Add New Startup Items

Click "Add" and the "New Run Item" window is activated. Click the "Section" dropdown menu to add new startup items to your startup folder, Run, Run Once, Run Services or other Registry keys. Enter the item name and browse the file path. Enter some information in "Arguments" box if you want. Click "OK" and this item will be run at startup when you turn on your computer.

Edit Startup Item Entry

Choose an item and click "Edit" to activate the startup entry editor. Click "Browse" to select a file as the new registry entry. Add some information in "Arguments" if you like. Click "OK" and the item entry will be changed.

View Item Registry Entry

Choose an item and click "View Item" and the program will automatically open its registry entry.

Run the Item

Choose an item and click "Run" and then "Yes". The item will be launched.

Refresh Startup List

Click "Refresh" to refresh the startup list.
